What We Did
A modern farmhouse transformation in Valrico: a cream kitchen anchored by exposed brick columns and a quartz island with seating for six, opening into a beamed family room with a fireplace, a formal dining space and a game room.

THE KITCHEN
Brick, Cream and a Six-Seat Island
The heart of the remodel: cream cabinetry to the ceiling, double ovens, a custom hood and a quartz island with seating for six, framed by original-style exposed brick columns.
THE FAMILY ROOM
Beams, Fireplace and Room for Everyone
Wood beams cross the vaulted ceiling above a fireplace wall and space for two full seating areas. The kitchen, dining and living spaces all flow as one room.
MADE FOR GATHERING
From Dinner Table to Game Night
A dedicated dining space and a game room off the main living area mean the home hosts a crowd without feeling crowded.
