A Whole New First Impression
Fresh gray siding, black-framed windows, a paver walkway and clean landscaping give the home a modern street presence that looks nothing like where it started.
OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING
Brick, Leather and Light
Walls came down to open the living, dining and kitchen into one bright space, anchored by an exposed brick accent wall and warm leather furnishings.
THE KITCHEN
Wood, White and a Waterfall Island
A two-tone kitchen pairs warm wood cabinetry with crisp white counters and a waterfall-edge island, built to be the center of the open floor plan.
THE BACKYARD
A Pool and Lanai Built for Florida
The backyard became a private resort: a new pool, screened lanai and a paver deck with a full outdoor lounge.

Bedrooms with feature walls and calm palettes, plus bathrooms with floating vanities, large-format tile and frameless glass showers.
