Two things to know upfront: our workmanship warranty covers our installation, but owner-supplied products carry only their manufacturer's warranty, and if a supplied item arrives late or damaged, the schedule impact falls outside our control. We'll flag any concerns during design so there are no surprises.

That's why every qualifying Salt & Pepper Design & Construction project includes a written 2-Year Workmanship Warranty. If a covered issue is caused by our workmanship, our team will inspect it and make the necessary correction at no additional cost. Applicable manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, appliances, and equipment are provided separately.
